As previously announced, we will be performing a database infrastructure update this coming Wednesday night.
Why this time? We have specifically scheduled this window during our period of lowest system activity to minimize disruption and accommodate the majority of our user base.
How this affects your operations
Because our database will be undergoing a migration, your access to Booxi will be restricted during this window:
- Your Account & Bookings: You will not be able to log in to your account, and your clients will be unable to book appointments through your widgets or other channels.
- Webhooks & Automated Reports: Any automated events, such as webhooks or scheduled reports, will be paused during this hour. You do not need to worry about losing this data; all pending events and reports will be processed and sent correctly as soon as the maintenance is completed.
- Data Integrity: Your data remains entirely secure. We are simply “pausing” the system to finalize these technical improvements.

While your booking services are down, you can still access the Booxi Main Website and our Help Center for any resources or documentation you may need. We appreciate your patience as we complete this essential upgrade to your service.
