Dear Booxi subscriber,
We are reaching out to inform you of an unexpected change in behavior following our most recent release that may have impacted your service visibility.
The most recent update introduced the following behavior update: “Staff can no longer be booked when their status is offline and online booking is disabled. If staff that cannot be booked are the only ones associated with a service, the service is hidden from the booking widget.”
The described behavior was introduced incorrectly: staff who were offline—even if their online booking setting was enabled—could not be booked. Additionally, services whose staff members had such settings were not displayed in the widget or booking page.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and the disruption this caused to your business operations. We understand how critical it is for your booking flow to remain consistent and predictable within Booxi.
We have since reverted these changes (applied at 4:00 PM EST), and everything should be working exactly as it was before.
