Booxi minor software update [EU/2026-10-20] from 2026-10-20 14:00 EDT to 2026-10-20 17:00 EDT

Dear clients,

An upcoming Booxi software update will be performed without service interruption and will contain the following improvements:

In the Booking Widget (v3):

• The Book Now survey now appears after date and time selection, just before booking confirmation.
• Resolved an issue where the ‘Join Queue’ button disappeared in the booking widget after repeated attempts, leaving visitors unable to join the queue without reopening the widget.

In the Head Office:

• Stores in the Analytics and Appointment Performance dashboard filters are now identified by store number instead of merchant ID.
