Dear clients,

An upcoming Booxi software update will be performed without service interruption and will contain the following improvements:

In the Back Office:

  • Back Office users can now edit the service(s) on a waiting queue entry, recorded as an edit rather than a cancellation so serve-rate metrics stay accurate.
  • The Back Office queue list now shows client quick notes inline and lets you show or hide, reorder, and sort columns.
  • Queue entry details now show who added each client to the queue and when, with a label for clients who enrolled themselves.
  • Queue view preferences — active filters, column order, and column widths — are now saved per staff member and restored automatically when you return to the queue, with a Reset to Default option.

In the Booxi platform:

  • Queue client emails now show the tax label that matches each service’s tax setting and no longer add a tax mention when the service has no tax.
  • Standard appointment, queue, and reservation emails no longer show the price when “Display price to client” is unchecked.
  • Queue wait-time estimates now use the spacing and duration edited on each entry instead of the service defaults, for more accurate estimates.
  • Fixed an issue where a slow multi-location update from Head Office could cause appointment creation to fail with a timeout.
