Booxi minor software update [EU/2026-04-28] from 2026-04-28 14:00 EDT to 2026-04-28 17:00 EDT

Dear clients,

An upcoming Booxi software update will be performed without service interruption and will contain the following improvements:

In the Booxi platform:

• Bahrain and Serbia are now supported countries, with local currency support for Bahraini Dinar (BHD) and Serbian Dinar (RSD).
• The maximum number of services possible for multi-service bookings has been increased to 15, up from the previous limit of 5.

In the booking widget:

• The booking widget calendar now uses a simplified two-state model: dates with available slots appear white; dates with no availability (fully booked or closed) appear greyed out.

In the Back Office:

• The staff assignment dropdown for queue bookings now groups personnel into Available/Unavailable/Other sections. The dropdown is searchable and allows overrides with a confirmation prompt.
• When the “Limit Client Contact Access” setting is enabled, staff can now view client phone numbers and email addresses in the calendar view within a 5-day window around the current date (3 days before through 1 day after).

This software update won’t affect your operations.
