Booxi minor software update [US/2026-04-15] + [EU/2026-04-21] from 2026-04-21 13:00 EDT to 2026-04-21 16:00 EDT

Dear clients,

An upcoming Booxi software update will be performed without service interruption and will contain the following improvements:

Booking Widget & API:

• Clients using the Booking Widget or API can now select up to 15 services in a single multi-service appointment, up from the previous limit of 5.

Back-Office:

• When client data obfuscation is enabled, staff can now view client phone numbers and email addresses in the calendar view within a 5-day window around the current date (3 days before through 1 day after)

Queue:

• The staff assignment dropdown for queue bookings now groups personnel into Available, Unavailable, and Other sections and is searchable and allows overrides with a confirmation prompt.

This software update won’t affect your operations.
