Booxi minor software update [US/2026-04-08] from 2026-04-08 13:00 EDT to 2026-04-08 16:00 EDT

Dear clients,

An upcoming Booxi software update will be performed without service interruption and will contain the following improvements:

In the Emails:

• The email sent when a booking is abandoned due to incomplete payment now uses clearer messaging, replacing cancellation language with ‘booking not completed’ wording.
• Clients who already have a confirmed upcoming appointment will no longer receive a recall email, reducing unnecessary communication.

In the Queue:

• The Quick Note field in the Add to Queue form now appears above the Additional request from client field

This software update won’t affect your operations.
