Dear clients,

An upcoming Booxi software update will be performed without service interruption and will contain the following improvements:

In the Back Office:

  • [Queueing] A dedicated queue page is now available, accessible via a direct, secure URL.
  • [Queueing] QR codes can now be generated for the queue page, for use in physical stores.
  • [Queueing] Queue mode URL and QR code are now accessible directly from the Back Office.
  • [Queueing] In the assignment dropdown, all available resources are displayed.
  • Services with online booking disabled are now hidden from the booking widget.

In the Booxi platform:

  • Booxi native customer-facing emails have been updated with a modern design.

In the Head Office:

  • Emails can now be customized in the Theme tab.
  • It is now possible to change the font of client emails.

This software update won’t affect your operations.
