Booxi minor software update [EU/2026-03-11] from 2026-03-11 14:00 EDT to 2026-03-11 17:00 EDT

Dear clients,

An upcoming Booxi software update will be performed without service interruption and will contain the following improvements:

In the Booxi API:

• Released new endpoints to create, update and deactivate a merchant (i.e. store). See here for a description of all merchant endpoints.
• Released a new endpoint to search for available time slots or ranges for a set of services, especially useful in the context of multi-service booking. See here for more info.

In the Back Office:

• Queueing now supports resources, allowing for better control over capacity and availability for queue bookings. Resources can now be assigned to queue services. Queue wait times take into account resource availability (if it has at least one resource assigned to it). For more info, see here.

This software update won’t affect your operations.
