The incident occurred between 3:00 PM and 3:20 PM EST. Here are the details:
- Type: Major anomaly
- Booking Widget: It was not possible to create bookings via the booking widget for 8 minutes (until 3:08 PM).
- Booxi Website & Help Center: These services were unavailable for approximately 20 minutes (until 3:20 PM).
Resolution: The issue has been fully resolved. Our technical team identified the root cause and implemented a fix, returning all services to normal operations as of 3:20 PM.
