Booxi minor software update [EU/2026-01-28] from 2026-01-28 14:00 EST to 2026-01-28 17:00 EST

Dear clients,

An upcoming Booxi software update will be performed without service interruption and will contain the following improvements:

In the Back Office:

• [Queueing] Added an error message in case the user tries to add a client to the queue without first selecting a queue service.
• [Queueing] Price is now configurable in the details panel for queue entries.

In the Head Office:

• Consents are now read-only for individual stores in the Head Office, reflecting what’s configured on the template store. This removes confusion and makes it clear that consents can’t be edited per store in the Head Office.

In the Booxi platform:

• Staff usage reports now include staff who existed during the selected period, even if deleted later.

In the booking widget v3:

• Improved the design of the booking widget.

This software update won’t affect your operations.
