Dear clients,

An upcoming Booxi software update will be performed without service interruption and will contain the following improvements:

In the Back Office:

  • Resolved an issue where the address field could not be edited when processing a credit card payment in Back Office.
  • When assigning a staff member to an appointment for a service they’re not assigned to, a bypassable warning now appears. This alert helps ensure the right staff members are matched to the service while still allowing flexibility when needed.
  • [Queueing] You can now quickly find and assign staff to a queue service using the new searchable personnel dropdown. This update makes selecting the right team member faster and more efficient.

In the Booxi platform:

  • Added a data point in the Analytics dashboard: “No-Show Rate”, which represents the proportion of “No-show” appointments out of all scheduled appointments (excluding cancelled appointments). This is available in both the Head Office and Back Office dashboards.

This software update won’t affect your operations.
