Booxi minor software update [EU/2025-10-15] from 2025-10-15 14:00 EDT to 2025-10-15 17:00 EDT

Dear clients,

An upcoming Booxi software update will be performed without service interruption and will contain the following improvements:

This software update won’t affect your operations.

In the Booxi platform:

• SMS notifications are now available in Arabic.

In the Back Office:

• The “Analytics” tab is now available in the Back Office; contains a dashboard displaying key performance indicators, providing an overview of business performance and efficiency. For more info, see here.
  *Note: accessible for Administrator and Supervisor user access types only.
• [Queueing] Authorized users can now set mandatory contact information rules separately for queue bookings, defining whether phone or email is required for offline bookings in Back Office.
• [Queueing] Added new settings to enable or disable staff assignment notifications for queue bookings. A delay setting has also been added to control the duration that notifications appear in case the notifications are displayed in the webpage.
• [Queueing] Users can now receive browser or webpage notifications to alert them when they are assigned a queue booking.

In the booking widget v3:

• It is now possible to use a Template Service ID (i.e. from service templates created in the Head Office) to preselect services in the booking flow.
