Booxi minor software update [EU/2025-10-01] from 2025-10-01 13:00 EDT to 2025-10-01 17:00 EDT

An upcoming Booxi software update will be performed without service interruption and will contain the following improvements:

In the Booxi platform:

• [Queueing] Implemented webhooks for queue reminders and “Your Turn” notifications.
• Updated the side menu with new icons and a cleaner layout for easier navigation.
• Refined the wording of SMS notifications for queue bookings for better clarity and consistency.
• The booking widget (v3), the tracking page (v3), the Back Office and the Head Office now support Arabic (full right-to-left support).
