Dear clients,

An upcoming Booxi software update will be performed without service interruption and will contain the following improvements:

In the Booxi platform:

  • Added an automated report as part of the queueing feature. This report includes daily queue activity (client details, wait times, service details, statuses); delivered via secure FTP in CSV format. For more info, see here.

In the Back Office:

  • Added Quick Notes to the queue hover preview, providing instant context without opening the details panel.
  • Completed queue bookings now appear in the staff calendar, giving full visibility into past queue activity alongside scheduled appointments.
  • Improved staff selection when configuring queues — a new toggle lets you show only personnel scheduled to work that day for faster queue configuration.
