Booxi minor incident [EU/2025-06-21]

Dear clients,

We would like to inform you that on June 21, 2025, between 7:00 AM and 7:50 AM CEST, a technical issue impacted access to the Back Office and Head Office platforms for a small subset of users. During this time, affected users were unable to log in or utilize key features of the platform.

Our team is actively investigating the root cause to ensure it is fully resolved and to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
