We’re writing to inform you about an incident that affected our EU Connectors today. Between 1:55 PM EDT (7:55 PM CET) and 12:45 AM EDT (6:45 AM CET), some events experienced an added delay in processing.

While all events during this period will still be processed, you may notice a delay in their appearance or functionality.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We are continuing to monitor the situation closely to ensure full system performance has been restored, and we will be conducting an internal review to prevent recurrence.

Everything has been resolved as of 12:45 AM EDT.
