Booxi incident [EU/2025-06-05]

Dear clients,

The login service to access the Back Office was not always available in the last few hours. We have identified issues with some instances of our Europe hosting. We have now been able to come back to a stable login service by rollback, and will further investigate the issue before updating these instance.

The issue occurred between 5:45 PM EDT and lasted until 9:52 PM EDT.
