Booxi incident [US/2024-11-10]

Dear clients,

On 2024-11-10, an incident occurred at 7:00 PM lasting 45 minutes, resolved at 7:45 PM EDT.

At 7:00 PM, a configuration change was applied to the US region, which caused an issue with our load balancer, preventing some booking widget v2 and booking widget v3 requests to be served properly.

During this period:

• The main Booxi website was not functional.
• Booking widget v3 was not functional.
• Booking widget v2 was functional only when accessed from the vanity page or the tracking page (v2).

*Note:

• This did not affect the API.
• This incident only affected the US region, not EU.

We have identified the root cause of the issue, and have installed measures to prevent this from occurring again.
