Background tasks failure due to security update

Dear clients,

A configuration update aiming to improve security caused an issue preventing Booxi from sending reminders and recall messages, as well as appointment approvals after a delay, and auto cancellations for unpaid bookings between 2024-07-17 3h25 PM and 2024-07-18 8h52 AM EST.

This issue also impacted emails, SMS, webhook events, and automated FTP reports scheduled within the issue duration, but these have already been resent.

No service interruption occurred.
