• This change is required to better represent that a completed appointment (booking.isCompleted = True) is a status in Booxi representing an appointment that took place with the customer and is now completed.
• Impact on Webhooks: This change will impact users listening to our webhook events. Specifically, when an appointment is completed, the variable booking.client.presence will be changed from expecting to arrived.
• Impact on APIs: A completed appointment will have the variable booking.client.presence changed from expecting to arrived. Therefore, when completing an appointment, the variable booking.client.presence will have to be set to arrived.
• Assessment of Impact: We believe this change to be minor and not anticipated to have a significant impact on your operations. However, we value your partnership and want to ensure a seamless transition.
• Action Required: No action is required, unless your system relies on the booking.client.presence value for completed appointments. We kindly request that you inform us of any concerns by February 9th. Your feedback is crucial to us, and we want to address any issues proactively.
