Summary:
Between 1:12 PM and 1:28 PM ET, Backoffice Web users may have experienced issues opening appointment details, viewing or saving store settings, and using the store switcher. The issue has been resolved and full functionality has been restored.

Summary:
On August 25, 2026, between 3:52 PM and 10:59 PM CET, some bookings made through Book Now V3 were not able to be completed. Offline bookings and bookings created through the Booking API were not affected.
Root Cause:
The issue was caused by a security update that incorrectly flagged consent data in Book Now V3 requests as a potential security risk, blocking affected bookings.
